Cancellation and Refunds
Recurring Monthly Subscriptions:
You may cancel your membership and further charges to your credit card at any time. Simply follow the instructions given on the email that you received on completion of the joining process or via the "Members Area/Cancel Membership" link within the site as the management of the site do not effect cancellations on a members' behalf. After cancellation you will still have full access to the site for the balance of the 30 day period for which you have paid. Refunds are only available to those who email support and who, for some reason, were not able to access the site.
Annual Subscriptions:
Whilst we are only able to offer this type of subscription via payments to the bank, as are fully detailed on the appropriate page, we are not able to offer cancellations or refunds.
Chargebacks:
This system is being widely abused and we cannot simply sit back and be expected to accept such abuse. It is very rare that a chargeback request, in respect of site membership or banners, is required and as in the case with refunds, genuine requests will always be agreed. However, ANY fraudulent claim for a return of membership or advertising fees WILL be reported as such and passed to our legal representatives or dealt with through the small claims court.
We reserve the right to bar any person who has previously claimed a chargeback from contributing to the site should they re-join or remove any banners should they purchase further advertising space.
